This afternoon I met up with my little cousin Jack for a holiday shoot at Liberty State Park. We picked this place because he is totally obsessed with Thomas the Train, so why not do a shoot involving trains? Loving his face in these!
Today I met up with my beautiful cousin for some holiday portrait fun. She totally knows how to work it for the camera. Gotta love it!
This afternoon I met up two super cute little boys for a fun play date down by the parks along the East River in Brooklyn. The day was picture perfect, both light-wise and temperature....which made for some fantastic photographs. Enjoy the sneak peak!

This weekend I met up with Chloe and Caroline for their yearly portraits. We headed over to Cobble Hill Park in Brooklyn for the start of the shoot which was in full bloom with pretty flowers. After spending time there, we headed back to the house for some shots on the front stoop (there also was a ballerina segment to the shoot, which I may have to blog about at a later date). The girls were adorable and the end result is nothing short of super cute!
This morning I headed down to SoHo for a shoot with Xanadu and her parents. Our time together was filled with lots of laughs and fun, enjoy the preview!
This morning I headed to Brooklyn for a shoot with Avery and her parents. Avery turned one back in January, but her parents decided it would be more fun to wait until the weather began to get warmer so we could do her "one year" shoot outside on the Brooklyn Bridge. We had so much fun together, walking to all the different areas of DUMBO, not only is the location a photographer's dream, but so was she...enjoy!
This morning I met up with Charlie and Oliver...two ridiculously adorable doggies for a pet photo shoot. Its days like this that I am so grateful I found a career I totally love. I mean, what's better than photographing cute furry animals, little babies and kids + fun adults?! Enjoy the snippet of our morning stroll in Central Park....
Yesterday afternoon I met up with Amanda for a maternity shoot in her favorite park-Central Park! She's due in about a month and had such a perfect little bump to photograph. We wanted the pictures to reflect the time of year, and being that she is due in the fall- we played around with the vibrant leaves which were all around us. Stay tuned to see her baby next month when we do the newborn session!
I didn't even realize this at the time....but the big tree that Amanda is leaning against (above, right image) looks like the shape of a belly bump! What a fun find.
This afternoon I met up with Chloe & Caroline for a family shoot in Brooklyn. We thought DUMBO would be a great spot since they live nearby, and the area is a photographers dream. Although it was a bit chaotic with the loud noises and filming of a Law and Order episode-we still managed to get some great shots. Here's a little glimpse....
This morning I met up with Sophia for an outdoor summertime photo shoot in Hoboken. We had 4 outfit changes and 4 backdrop locations to work with. She's like a mini-model running around in these pictures. Its wonderful!

This past Friday I met up with some friends to do a sister shoot. They had both just gotten their trial makeup done by my favorite makeup artist, Kerry Crawford (http://www.kerrydering.com/) for Bridget's upcoming wedding. Today I met up with these love birds, who are getting married in 1 month (OMG!). We headed down to my favorite spot in Hoboken--luckily, the rain held up allowing us to have a fantastic shoot . Stay tuned for their wedding pix soon to appear on the blog and my website!
On Monday I headed into NYC to meet a family on the east side of Central Park. We met before school and got some awesome shots. Between the color combo on the kids, the soft morning light and the leaves on the ground-it was a total success. I give major props to these guys for taking their coats off and pretending it was warm outside (it wasn't really that bad!). Anyway, here are some of my favorites...
Today I went to Brooklyn to shoot Chloe and her parents. We had an excellent photo session, Chloe was totally down with having her picture taken-primarily when she was the only one in front of the lens! As soon as I set my eyes on their funky couch and cool wooden doors I knew we HAD to do something involving them. Its a favorite, of course.
