Today I met up with this beautiful couple, who are due with their first child in May. They wanted the shoot to be a celebration of their love and the town they fell in love in. These guys are real champs considering it was 28 degrees this morning. You'd never know it from their pictures, here's a few from the shoot....
This morning I headed into Jersey City for a pregnancy shoot. Not only were my subjects beautiful, but so was the space I had to work in. The main objective was to make the belly the focus. I think we were pretty successful, yet I couldn't help but get some pictures that showed the love between the soon-to-be parents, and to capture their personalities. Yesterday I headed down to Locust, NJ for a pregnancy photo shoot. The idea behind the session was to celebrate the coming of a winter baby-so we chose to shoot primarily outdoors. It was so much fun-we lucked out with a relatively warm afternoon. The lighting was beautiful and I'm so excited with the results. I was able to work with my favorite makeup artist on this shoot as well, Kerry Crawford.
Yesterday I photographed Allison (who is due in a few weeks!) and her husband Matt. Kerry Crawford (http://www.kerrymakeup.com/) did Allison's makeup-and as always did an amazing job giving her a fresh, vibrant look.
